Can't I just ask ChatGPT whether to bid?
You can — and you'll get a generic opinion. The Kit gives the AI a structure: a triage prompt, a 7-dimension weighted scorecard, an expected-value check, a register and a decision rule, so the output feeds a decision you can write down and review later instead of a one-off answer.
Does it integrate with Procore / BuildingConnected / STACK?
No. The Kit is tool-agnostic: you paste ITB text into the AI assistant you already use and keep the register in Excel. There is no integration or implementation project.
Will the AI invent prices or scopes?
The prompts instruct the AI never to invent facts, prices, dates or requirements, and to mark gaps as [MISSING] or [ASSUMPTION]. AI can still make mistakes — review every output before you act on it.
Which AI do I need? Is it a subscription?
Any of Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini; you use your own account. The Kit itself is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
What if it doesn't work for my company?
